It looks like there will be no more ghosts, curses, pacts and
deaths on ABC Family's 'Ravenswood,' because the new supernatural series
was just axed.
This means the Feb. 4 episode (Episode 10 of the first and, now,
only season) will count as the series finale. I guess we'll never know
what will happen between Original Caleb Rivers, ghost Miranda and the
alive and kicking version of Caleb Rivers (both Caleb's are/were played
by Tyler Blackburn). Confusing? Yes, but 'Ravenswood' followers get what
I'm saying.
Oh, and what about that creepy little girl Max? Did Dillon really
get killed by the train? What about Mr. Collins and Mrs. Matheson? So
many questions that will remain unanswered.
On the upside, this just might mean Blackburn could return to
'Pretty Little Liars,' where he originated the character of Caleb. There
just might be hope for Caleb and Hanna (Ashley Benson) aka Haleb
shippers, after all. Let's all rejoice!
Furthermore, since 'Ravenswood' was a spin-off of 'Liars,' I guess
some of the characters could travel to Rosewood, where 'PLL' is based.
But, of course, this is all pure speculation.
Just last year the concept of 'Ravenswood' was announced, in
addition to Blackburn's exit from 'PLL.' Despite his departure, this
hasn't prevented fans from tuning into 'PLL' to see what Hanna, Spencer
(Troian Bellisario), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale) and the
infamous "A" are up to.
'Ravenswood' also starred Nicole Gale Anderson, as Miranda, Brett
Dier, as Luke, Merritt Patterson, as Olivia, and Britne Oldford, as
Remy.
