Men of a Certain Age

Men of a Certain Age is an American comedy-drama television series, which premiered on TNT on December 7, 2009. On July 15, 2011, TNT cancelled the series after two seasons. Despite its short run the series did win a Peabody Award in 2010.

The series follows the bonds of friendship between three college friends – Joe, Owen and Terry – who are now in their late 40s. Joe (Ray Romano) is a slightly neurotic separated father of two (Brittany Curran as Lucy, and Braeden Lemasters as Albert) who had hoped to become a pro golfer but now owns a party store, and has a gambling addiction. Owen (Andre Braugher) is an overstressed, diabetic husband and father, who is a car salesman at his dad's dealership, Thoreau Chevrolet. Terry (Scott Bakula) is a struggling actor, working temp jobs to make ends meet and usually dating much younger women. The friends are aware of each other's life struggles and show male reactions to life issues.
