Teen Wolf

Teen Wolf  is a American television series for MTV which premiered June 6 2011. It is loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name. A fourth season of at least 12 episodes has been confirmed but the air date is unknown as of yet.  Jeff Davis, series creator, announced that not all of the regulars will return after Season 3.

The series is based around a young lacrosse-playing outsider named Scott McCall. One night he wanders around the woods in search of a dead body and is attacked by a werewolf. He escapes the attack with only a bite to his side, but later starts to notice some changes in himself.

RG's Views:

This is right up there with some of the great teen dramas ever in my opinion. It feels like a cross between Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Vampire Diaries.  There has been very good character development and it gets better with every season.
