Friends with Benefits is an American romantic sitcom created by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber. It was originally set to air on NBC as a midseason replacement during the 2010–11 television season, but was ultimately delayed until August 5, 2011. The series ended on September 9, 2011 after airing twelve episodes with the thirteenth being only available on iTunes and Amazon.com.
The series follows a group of friends living in Chicago. It involves a very close friendship between two of the friends, who are each looking for the perfect mate, and the others who question their relationship, but at the same time, have their own romantic problems to deal with.Trailer:

I thought this was a real fun little show. I've always been intrigued by the idea of falling in love with a friend. And the whole friends with benefits concept can't help but lead right into that. Sadly the show wasn't given much of a chance to gain any kind of an audience. And the chemistry between the cast as a whole didn't quite gel. Still if you don't mind the disappointing way it ends. then it's a pleasant little series.
